Covid really effected the art world, there were no in-person shows but we found a way. 

I am back at it myself and working on a new series called “The Final Layers: An Artist’s Healing Journey”  . Solo exhibition to be determined.  E-mail me for inquires and more information on this series.

EXHIBITS

Man·i·fes·ta·tions      

An exhibit featuring the artwork of Brenda Antonowicz and Shelley Graham Turner will be shown at Zensations Therapeutic Massage through December. There will be an opening reception on Thursday, October 17th from 6-8pm.

Zensations is located at 316 N Washington St., Rome NY. 

UAA and RAA Art Show: Arts Across Oneida County

I am taking part in this group artshow, combining the talents of the member artists of the Utica Art Association and Rome Art Association.  Opening Reception is Thursday, November 7th from 6-8 pm at the  Dodge Pratt Northam Art And Community Center , 106 Schuyler Street Boonville NY.

 

COMING IN JANUARY 2020

A solo exhibit of my work will be on display at the RAA Gallery located in the lobby of Cinema Capitol, 230 W Dominick St., Rome NY.  More details to follow!

AWARD! My painting, SPIDER WALK, received an award,  Second Place in Mixed Media Category at the “Rome   Arts Association 60th Anniversary Member Exhibition”. It is currently on exhibit at the Old Forge Library, Old Forge NY.

 


 

CNYArts Decentralization Grant Award Ceremony CNYArts Logo

On Thursday, April 11, 2019  I attended the award ceremony for the NYSCA Decentralization Grant Program,  a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered by CNY Arts in Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties. 

I am thrilled to announce that I am a 2019 recipient for a grant in the Individual Artist category. In addition to this grant, I am once again taking part in a  collaborative project with Dr. Joanna Robertson (in the Arts Education grant category).

These funds are made possible with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
